About me

I treat mold making as an extension of my artist background

I first learned some mold making techniques in college. The ceramics methods I have continued to use in many projects with some improvements, but learning from several effects shops and stop motion studios opened me up to more possibilities in silicone and hard mold construction.
Working in smaller shops where I was tasked with various jobs has shaped how I construct molds. I design the mold with the armature builder, caster, seamer, and painter/flocker in mind
